Serving
  • 250g Fresh Salmon
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 100g Cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pcs Shallot
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
Preparation

 

1.Mix cream and chopped shallot. Add oil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

2.Mix and place in the cold.

3.Cut the salmon (Fresh salmon and smoked salmon) into small pieces.

4.Gently mix with the sauce.

Before serving add chives, parsley, tarragon ... and serve with toasted country bread.
