  • 2.68 tsp Cream
  • 13.36 cl Porto
  • 1.36 tsp Sugar
  • 2.68 pce Shallots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparation

 

1. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Melt it in a pan with a little oil.

 

2. Add Scallops Jacques and cook 1 minute on each side.

 

3. Deglaze with port wine, cook for 2 minutes and add the cream. Serve hot.
