  • 4 pcs Monkfish Fillet
  • 0.68 pcs Shallot
  • 1.36 tsp Olive Oil
  • 113.36g Tomato Past
  • 33.36cl White Wine
  • 16.68cl Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparation

1.Cut fish into big pieces.

2.Cook and stir monkfish in olive oil until browned; remove from pan and set aside.

3.Lightly brown one shallot in the same pan. Add the tomato paste and white wine.


4.Cook for 30 min, and then add cream. Return the fish to the pan and let simmer for 15 min.

5.Salt and papper to taste, and serve.
