  • 8 pce Egg
  • 6 tsp Cream
  • 80 g Emmental
  • 20 pce Sprigs of chives
  • Salt
  • Pepeer
Preparation

 

1. In a bowl beat the eggs one by one.
 
2. Add the fresh cream, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper. Beat again until well mixed.
 
3. Grate the Emmental. Finely chop the chives.
 
4. Combine the cheese mix and the beaten eggs.
 
5. Place the bowl over a saucepan filled with water halfway up on low heat. Cook the eggs gently in a water bath until they are creamy.
 
6. Serve with toast.
