  • 0.5 pcs Carrot
  • 2  Eggs
  • 100g Flour
  • 0.5 pcs Scarllion
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce
Preparation

1. Crack and blend the egg white and yolk. Cut the carrot and scallion into small pieces.
2. Mix flour and water together. Batter until even.
3. Add in seasoning and the egg into the batter.
4. Add the carrot and scallion.
5. Preheat oil in a pan with a low fire.
6. Pour in the flower mix and fry until the pancake becomes golden yellow.
