  • Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
  • Oil
  • Scallion
  • Ginger

 

Preparation

1. Wash the fish and dry with a paper towel.
2. Preheat oil in pan.
3. Chop ginger and scallion into pieces and add to the heated oil, until they begin to pop and release their fragrance.
4. Fry both sides of the cod in the pan until the fish begins turn a golden yellow color.
5. Turn down the heat to low and add the oyster sauce. Continue to cook for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
