  • 1000 g pork
  • 6 pce Leeks
  • 2 pce Onion
  • 4 tsp Mint
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Cut the meat into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash leeks and cut into slices.

 

2. Heat a little olive oil in a casserole. Place the meat and let it brown. Set aside.

 

3. Add oil and cook the vegetables net. Cook 5 minutes covered.

 

4. Add the meat, mint and simmer for 20 minutes covered.

 

5. Serve hot.
