  • 5 pce Shallot
  • 2 tsp Sour cream
  • 4 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Butter
  • Salt

1/Put the shallots in butter in a skillet. Put the salmon when the shallots are translucent, add a little salt.

 

2/When the salmon is cooked, set aside on a plate. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar cooked shallots cut with a little water.

 

3/Add touch of mustard. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the cream.

 

4/Replace the salmon in the pan just before serving to warm them.
