  • 360 g Large Shrimp
  • 40 g Butter
  • 5 cl Whiskey
  • 1 pce Shallot
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Parsley
Preparation

 1.  Peel the shallots and cut into thin slices. Peel and crush the garlic. Let them cook for 1 min in butter over high heat.  

2.  Add the shrimp and let them brown. Add the parsley.

3.  After a few minutes of cooking when the shrimp begin to brown, take the shrimp off the heat and deglaze with whiskey. Being careful, flambe the pan to burn off the alcohol then remove the shrimp from the pan.

4.  Serve with fresh tagliatelle or leeks.
