Mon - Fri: 11:00 – 22:00 (All Day)

Sat & Sun: 10:00 – 21:00 (All Day)


**Please Note** Delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions. If you have a special request regarding your delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate (except All Day delivery). However, please understand that during some delivery periods, we will be unable to fulfill all delivery requests. If you live in Shanghai but your address falls outside our delivery range, we are happy to deliver to you - simply place an order by 4pm and you can receive your order at the earliest the next day (all day delivery only; 50 RMB delivery fee). Chongming Island not included in our extended delivery range, thank you for in advance for your understanding.

Delivery Fees
Over 300 190 RMB (limited time only) – FREE DELIVERY
300 190 RMB (limited time only) & under – 50 RMB fee


Delivery Acceptance
Any coupons or vouchers cannot be accepted at point of delivery, and must be used when placing your order. Upon receiving your delivery, you must personally verify the contents and quality of your order. Epermarket is not to be held responsible should you entrust the acceptance of your order to a third party. If there is no one home to receive the order, we or a third party representative will contact you to arrange another delivery time (additional delivery charges may apply).


For health and safety reasons, products which have been opened or damaged in any way after reception cannot be returned unless they have quality issues.


Responsibility Statement
In the event of a delayed or cancelled order, Epermarket will not be liable for any additional delivery fees in the following situations:

- Customers entered an incorrect or unclear delivery address or telephone number
- Goods were delivered on time but there was no one to receive them. In this situation, the customer will be liable for any additional delivery fees.
- Force majeure:  natural disasters, martial law, etc.
