Returns & Exchanges

 

The quality of our products is very important to us, and every inquiry is taken very seriously.

 

Inquiries regarding Returns & Exchanges must be begun within:

 

     - 24 hours from delivery for: 

           - All Fresh Food Items (produce, meats, cheese, etc.)
           - All Shelf Stable Items (canned foods, spices, etc.)

 

     - 7 days from delivery for:

           - All Electronic Products (vacuums, food processors, etc.)
           - All Non-electrical/Non-food housewares (drinking glasses, cleaning supplies, etc.)
 

If you wish to return/exchange a product, email us at service@epermarket.com, and a customer service representative will be in touch soon. Please make sure to include:

 

          - Your name & phone number
          - Your order number
          - The name of the product(s) in question
          - A photo of the product (if applicable)
          - A short explanation of the issue

 

For health and safety reasons, products which have been opened or damaged in any way after having been signed for cannot be returned/exchanged unless they have quality issues. Please note that promotional items cannot be returned/exchanged, and standard delivery fees may apply (with exclusion of next order delivery).
